This place suits me perfectly with its private beach, saltwater pool, and 24-hour security. On my first stay, the staff helped me retrieve my forgotten earpods, which I truly appreciated. I can't wait to return!...  

Exceptional Staff and Beautiful Grounds

My recent stay was fantastic, largely due to the incredibly friendly staff, especially Mr Khaled, who made us feel welcome from the start. The buffet was extensive with well-prepared meals across all meals, and the beach was perfect for snorkeling. The hotel's ambiance was serene, and the gardens and pools were well-maintained. However, Wi-Fi connectivity was inconsistent and could use improvement.

I was appalled by the lack of access to all restaurants during our stay. Additionally, the bar was underwhelming, and the check-in experience was a nightmare. they attempted to force a room change that I did not want, wasting over an hour of my vacation!

We had an amazing time at this resort! The private beach was perfect for sunbathing and beach volleyball, while the bar was great for refreshing drinks. The staff were super attentive and friendly. Dinner...

The jacuzzi deluxe junior suite offered stunning views of the pool and sea, and the cleanliness throughout was impeccable. Dining at the buffet provided an incredible variety of delicious international dishes, especially the flavorful Japanese cuisine. However, the pool area was occasionally marred by smoke from other guests, which detracted from the relaxation experience. Additionally, while the staff was largely attentive, the availability of lounge chairs could have been better managed during peak times.
